John designed the curricula and wrote the syllabi for the various Anodyne trainings and has presented the trainings at medical conferences, in public seminars, for dental practices, and at medical facilities including Duke University Medical Center, University of California (UCSF), and Veteran Administration Medical Centers in California and North Carolina. He is a clinical hypnotherapist and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner, certified NLP trainer, and hypnotherapy instructor. John's newest work is the development of Process Coaching.

John Pateros John Pateros is the Director of New Hypnosis Institute and co-developer of Anodyne® Awareness. He is a developer of hypnotherapy and NLP processes, and a designer of highly effective training curricula in the field of personal skill development. For ten years before his work with Anodyne he was a hypnotherpy trainer and school director. He has produced and delivered numerous hypnosis, hypnotherapy and NLP trainings for professionals and lay persons.
